Brandy Williams

Before Brandy joining Credit Suite, he was a Sales Manager for LRM Capital in charge of business development for financial products such as merchant cash advances, equipment leasing, and other alternative financial small-middle-sized business products. Responsible for
the Southeast region and accountable for other ISO agents within the territory.

He joined PrimeBridge Capital in 2018 as a Director and head of the risk management department. The company assets were around $50 Million, an international private equity firm that acquired and invested in performing and startup companies in the following sectors: entertainment, business services, energy, and financial services.

Brandy Williams served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Financial holdings, Inc. from June 2009 until December 2016. As a founding partner, he was the highest-ranking executive of the firm. Brandy led all acquisition and merger activities for the firm and drove its
overall operational direction. Brandy is well versed in many business acquisition methods and financing structures; however, he has expertise in leveraging buyouts and debt financing. Within his role, Brandy identified prospective businesses in various industries, with the intent of
increasing the overall health and value of the firm’s holdings portfolio. During Brandy’s tender as CEO, its portfolio grew from $1.8MM in revenue to $48MM within three years using leveraged buyouts methods.

Before the inception of Phoenix Financial Holdings, Inc., Brandy was a Finance Director for a real estate development firm in Florida. Brandy managed the real estate portfolio and processed mortgage loans for the firm. Brandy was in charge of an $80MM asset portfolio, which consist of commercial and residential properties.

Brandy received formal education from Thomas Edison State University in Finance “BSBA” and a professional certificate from the New York Institute of Finance, concentrating on Investment & Portfolio Management. He went on to earn his Masters of Science of Law (JSM) from Thomas
Jefferson School of Law. Brandy also earned his Chartered Portfolio Management (CPM) designation from the American Academy of Financial Management.
