Dale Newton MD is the current Chief Executive Officer of Eden Community
Ventures Corporation (hereinafter “Eden”) and joined the Board in June
2020. He believes that there are “bricks” missing from the foundation of
capitalist economic thinking.

Dr. Newton is also the subject matter expert and author of two forthcoming books, entitled: “The Missing Bricks in the Foundation of Capitalist Economic Thinking” and “What Used to Be Called Capitalism”.

In these books Dr. Newton presents new exciting ideas and ways to think
about capitalism, how to generate income, and how to create and keep more wealth. These ideas include Recyclable Lifetime Consumer Debt (RLCD), Property Tax Easements, Property Tax Options, “parasitic” capitalism, the “bundle of intangible property rights”, and much more. He explains how it is mathematically impossible to service a debt that grows 2-3 times faster than the wages which one receives that are needed to pay off the debt– – what he calls “the curse of capitalism”. He believes that by leveraging the use of intangible real estate assets, one can position themselves for success by  achieving their financial goals and creating multigenerational wealth.

Dr. Newton is a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist (subspecialized
Fellowship training in Neuroradiology) and has devoted over 30 years to the practice of medicine. He has an extensive background, knowledge, and expertise as a medico-legal consultant and is the coauthor of a self-published book entitled: E-Discovery Nuts and Bolts: The Essentials of Electronic Discovery for Healthcare Professionals.

Dr. Newton is the Founder of 330Pie, a real estate consulting services
company devoted to the creation and licensing of intangible property assets related to real estate. He holds two US patents and is retired from the U.S. Navy. He is a devoted Christian, husband, and father, and he and his wife enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. His hobbies include reading the Bible, playing chess, swimming, and listening to music.

He holds a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from Meharry Medical College
(Nashville TN), a BA degree from Vanderbilt University (Nashville TN), and
has been working towards the completion of his MBA degree. Dr. Newton is a resident of Orlando FL.
